Trainland & Prairie Days
It’s been non-stop running keeping the kids entertained this summer. Over the weekend was our town celebration. Today was a trip to a local attraction: Trainland USA.

It’s very simple to install. Another cool thing is that they install it for you for free (for a limited time - then it goes up to $25 - still not bad at all). After they install it, you go into the admin section and set your pricing, ad packages etc. (Again, very simple.) » Read the rest of this entry …
Dang, I better get working on building my downline for Jerky Direct!  LOL! I honestly had no intentions on building a downline. I was honestly joining for the wholesale discount on jerky and to help Christina out. Geesh, I had been looking at JD for I don’t know how long. My family is punishing me for not joining ealier. How? By eating a large portion of the jerky before I even know it is here! LOL! They’ve come to recognize that white package and then look to see who it’s from. Next thing I know … buh bye jerky! All I can say is I sure am lucky two bags come each month. The first bag is done in one sitting. I’m usually able to get out of the second bag. I guess it’s time to second-think how much of a team I’m going to build after all! I need to add to my autoship order!
So Angie I guess you’re going to have some others on that team after all!
Anyone else have this problem?
You would think the craft show which pulls the biggest profits for us would be huge. Visions of thousands of people come to mind, with hundreds of vendors.
Oddly enough, this isn’t the case. Our best shows are right in our own backyard.

Before I go to bed I like to reflect on the day and take inventory of my parenting with regard to what worked and what didn’t. It’s time to make mental notes and heed them the following day. These are lessons I’ve learned from my kiddos.
Summer is finally here! The kids are excited to be able to do all those fun summer time things. We’ve already started to talk about what all we are going to do. I can see already it’s going to take a bit of planning.
I know you’re thinking okay, now what the heck is The Wahm Project - well, sounds a heck of a lot better than the secret project, doesn’t it? LOL! I just don’t like calling things a secret but really, that’s exactly what it is. We don’t want to tell everyone what it is until the big launch this fall. Nope, we haven’t even picked a date yet. Two Fridays ago we …

I’m going to make an ‘out of order’ sign and hang it around my neck. After a day of screaming (not me, one of my kids) I don’t have the wherewithal to deal with anybody else who doesn’t stand taller than my belly button.
In lieu of that sign I made an announcement tonight after supper. “If there are any needs that must to be met tonight, you will address the man with the beard and mustache. The woman is out of order.â€
Ah the life of a single WAHM. Put up Etsy listings, write a sales letter, stain the deck………wait, what? Yeah you heard me. On a whim yesterday, I decided it was time to stain the deck.

Living with a toddler that talks non-stop is fun. No, seriously.Â
Mine sounds like an auctioneer. “Momma, can I have candy, candy, candy? Do I hear ice cream, ice cream, ice cream? TOYS! Do I hear toys, toys, toys? GUM! No, make that crayons, no I want bubbles, no let’s walk, walk, walk. I want to go to the park, park, park. Do I hear grocery store? Ride, ride, ride, I wanna ride the ride. Please can I ride the ride? I NEED to ride the ride! Can I sit in the basket, basket, basket? GRAPES! Can I have grapes, grapes, grapes?
