Wanna hear about Spanish Villas? LOL!
Or hey, maybe you’d be interested in a company that assists small companies in human resource issues? Okay, I’m being rude and I’m sorry. Link Worth had started a new program called Link Post (basically, I would review blogs and websites and then post about them here on our blog) and I was really excited to get working on it. A few days ago I had my first request, then I had four yesterday (let me tell you I was excited to see the emails!) and then I had another today. However, the big problem is … they have NOTHING to do with the subject of this blog!
Okay, so what happens here? First of all, the person paying me to review their blog/website gets nothing from the blog post (aside from some SEO help with backlinks but …) and secondly (and even more worse to me) I loose readers! Why would I loose readers? Well, because most of our readers are work at home moms. Our readers want to hear about ways to improve their businesses, they want to read thing about our kids, they want to read about different aspects of working at home. Majority of them could care less about some of these things these folks are asking me to review. I am SOOO bummed! I was really looking forward to doing this!
So, out of 6 requested reviews, I only accepted 3. The first one was about advertising, which we all need. The second one I did last night was a review on a website about your credit. This one was good because well, a lot of us are looking for ways to improve or keep good credit AND he also wanted blogging tips. Great, I think that on fit perfectly. The third one … well, I managed to make it work for this blog but it’s certainly borderline.
I wish more sites that had something to do with working at home in one way or another would join start requesting, lol! Even reviews about a website/blog setup would be good. Then our readers could use the tips I share … regardless. If my potential requesters are reading this … please be sure it fits before you ask! LOL! Please don’t make me decline you!

For some reason I think quantity has become more important than quality in a lot of people’s minds. It might work temporarily, but in the long run QUALITY is always going to win. It takes a lot less effort and money too!
