Happy Customers Multiply

You never know when your next “biggest fan” is going to come along. The type of customer who is so excited they found you, that they will brag to ever friend they know. Upset them off the bat though, and you’ll go out of business quickly.

Advertising and marketing play a big part in business. If you don’t attract new customers on a regular basis, you won’t get anywhere fast. However, getting repeat customers can grow your business faster than you ever imagined. Especially when they start giving you more referals than you can handle.

Let me give you an example of something that happened just yesterday. Someone who had ordered not long ago was so impressed, she ordered again. A somewhat large order at that. Not only did we make a sale without extra marketing, but we made another 5 on that same day. Why? Because she was so impressed, she bragged on a message board. Which sent a slew of new customers our way. Customers which will hopefully order again and do exactly the same thing this one did.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this happen either. Last spring we made friends with a couple of ladies who told us about a craft show in their home town. They ordered before hand, so when we went to their home town show they were pointing us out to all their friends.

Online or offline, your customers can be your best form of marketing. Just as long as you have a good product and treat them right. ;)

Increasing in Him,
Kara
