I was just coming to post about this very subject. Guess it helped that we both seen the same email. Yeah, I received a newsletter over the weekend that had this very "advice" in it! I was shocked. As Kara put it, "Is that a top three no-no list?" The worst part about this is the fact that this wasn't just someone who thought they were sharing good advice on a message board. This was a NEWSLETTER! Someone who claims to know what they're talking about and teaches others. I don't know how many subscribers this person has but I really hope not a whole lot or I hope they figure out the truth on their own!
