I'm still working on finding that balance myself. And ... I too am not the great housekeeper. As a matter of fact, I despise cleaning. I too have been getting better though over the years and I agree - it has NOTHING to do with the fact that the kids are getting older. Sometimes that makes it worse. As I usually say, my kids have more of a social life than I do. Recently I hiring some of my online work out. I just can't keep up with it all anymore. And soon enough I will be having a "new job" once we get this new company off the ground. (Yes, my husband, myself, his parents and his brother are starting a cabinet company.) Once that starts, I will have even more on my plate. Soooo, guess what's first to come off the plate in replacement? Yup, cleaning! YAY! Hiring a "cleaning lady" is first on the list once this gets rolling. Now if only I can keep from "cleaning before the cleaning lady comes"! I'll be alright, lol! Ha!
