WahmStateDirectory.com for Sale - Must Go -Cheap!
Hey all … After way too much thought, I’ve finally decided to sell WahmStateDirectory.com. That was my second website 
(Yeah, my other baby!) But, I just haven’t had the time to give that website the love and care it really deserves.
It’s been a while since I’ve really done much at all with that site. I’m only asking $200 (but WILL take serious offers). In all honesty, the domain name itself is almost worth that much. Anything with WAHM in the domain name and .COM at the end is well worth it - it’s a dying breed.
It’s a great opportunity to make good money with the advertising. Not only to fellow work at home moms but also Adsense.

Yeah, there’s an email in my inbox that I’ve been saving … way back when you and I first discussed me selling it. A little cheaper than you had originally suggested? LOL! I look at it this way … if I can help another wahm start up a website so cheaply and I make a couple of bucks … Then I’m happy, lol!
I’ve been thinking though too … there’s so much MORE that could be done with this site that I just don’t have the time for. The search engines LOVE (or maybe it’s the searchers …) seem to love “Florida shopping” or “Texas shopping” etc. etc. It wouldn’t necessarily have to be just a directory (which in this point and time … with seo … I reccomend it NOT be just a directory).
Oooh, wouldn’t it be neat to write a story about work at home moms on each state page… Hmm, I shouldn’t call it a story. More like “about shopping in Texas” and throughout the story, weave in out work at home mom businesses with a description of what they carry and a link to their site.
Oh well now dang! Where was this idea when I had more time to devote to it?
There ya go ladies! It’s still up for grabs and I just offered another idea of something that could be done with it. I have two people who seem very interested but they just haven’t taken the leap yet with an actual offer.
One says she’s very interested and has bought a website in the past. Which actually turned into a nightmare for her. First of all it took the women forever to get her the information. And then for the advertisers that were already there, she said she sent her every email she got from advertising. YIKES! Can you imagine? She said she still hasn’t been able to figure out how paid for what. That can’t be a good thing. I’ve sold site like this before and one of the “terms” was that they HAD to keep in the current advertisers until they expired and/or didn’t renew. Besides, could you imagine NOT doing so? Yeah, that’d be a great way to get return advertisers don’t ya think? LOL! So, I would imagine she’s quite gun shy. Wish I could just convince her that I go out of my way to help the transaction to be as smooth as possible and help out as much as I can. Heck, one other site I sold before, I uploaded it to her new hosting for her, lol! If that’s not help … I don’t know what is!!
Then there is another who says she’s interested and has even tossed around a few figures but just hasn’t taken the plunge. I believe she’s waiting for the “go for it” from her hubby
Either way, I’m always so leary about who buys my sites. Especially ones that I have had for so long. I put a lot of time and effort into them and really care about them. I worry that it won’t be taken care of the way I want it too, lmao! It’s like having to sell/give the family pet away!! How pathetic is that?
Yup, and that’s the exact reason why I don’t think I could get an offer big enough for MommysHelperOnline.com. I don’t think I could EVER get rid of it! Yikes, it scares me to just think about it!!
